An eastern Pennsylvania organization, The Schuylkill Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance, is celebrating 10 years working to help protect the rights of seniors in their area. To mark the occasion, a monument has been erected outside the county's human services building. The ceremony to unveil the monument features the current Secretary for the State Department of Aging, Brian Duke. The organization has a board of 30 members, which includes professionals from the areas of law, banking, nursing home employment, and the clergy.
